We will process your personal data in order to manage your participation in the “Parlem Ventures” acceleration programme and, where appropriate, to send you useful or commercially interesting information about PARLEM, its products and/or services.

You will need to provide us with the data required as “mandatory“. Failure to complete or partial completion of the required personal data may result in the data not being processed for the purposes mentioned above. You must also provide us with your current personal data, so that we keep the information updated and error-free.

How long will we keep your personal data?

The data required for participation in the “Parlem Ventures” acceleration programme will be kept for as long as the participation remains active. We will keep your personal contact details for as long as you do not ask us to delete them, so that we can send you business information about PARLEM, its products and/or services.

What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?

The legal basis for the processing of data is the consent given through the acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?

The data may be communicated to the collaborating companies of the “Parlem Ventures” programme (Inveready, Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, the Barcelona Mobile World Capital Foundation and the Generalitat de Catalunya [Regional Government of Catalonia]) for the same purposes mentioned above. The data may also be hosted by providers located outside the European Union, under conditions of security and confidentiality, in accordance with the corresponding legal guarantees.

What are your rights in relation to your personal data?

You may request access to your personal data, as well as the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, its deletion, when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. You may also request the limitation, portability and opposition to the processing of your data, in certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation.

You may also exercise the aforementioned rights and, where appropriate, revoke the consent granted by sending an e-mail to protecciodedades@parlem.com. The revocation may occur without retroactively affecting the processing of personal data carried out so far.

If you do not get a satisfactory reply and wish to file a complaint or obtain further information regarding any of these rights, you may request this from the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
